Lovers in Boracay!

Boracay is such a beautiful place. We went there last November 2015. It was an anniversary trip with my love and our 2 good friends. Seriously, I found peace in Boracay; it was quiet by day, but could be loud at night (well, if you go party!) HAHAHA!

There’s a lot of things to do in Boracay, and the best thing to do there is Parasailing! OMG I love it, super! Also, swimming in Boracay is so good; the water is calm, and feels like it does not get any deeper even if you’re so far already. So perfect for those who can’t swim. HAHAHA!

Singapore 2015

This was another year starter trip abroad with my mom. This was in February 2015; say hello to Singapore, the Lion City! The city as most of the people know is small, most of the attractions are close to each other; just like Marina Bay to Gardens by the bay to the Singapore Flyer and to Merlion. I guess two days will be enough for you to explore the city and its famous attractions. Margalablab- WanderingThoughts Photos.png

Lovely Bohol

My mom, dad, my youngest sister and I went to Bohol, for a quick escape from the bustling city life. Well, originally, we’re supposed to attend the fiesta in Dauis, Bohol since my cousin invited us. We considered the idea since the fiesta is just 2 days after my mom’s birthday, but unfortunately, we can’t find a reasonable airfare for those dates. We don’t intend to stay there for long, since we have a busy life here in Manila, plus my sister still has class, so we went there just to celebrate my mom’s birthday and to visit my cousin’s family too. We were in Bohol last August 9, 2015 to August 11, 2015. That was a 3 days 2 nights stay. My mom’s birthday by the way is August 12, so it’s not exactly my mom’s birthday.

I love to travel and whenever I go to places, I always make sure to visit the tourist spots. And yes, the Chocolate Hills is one of those in Bohol.

A Day in Macau

After enjoying Hong Kong, we spent a day in Macau since it’s accessible via ferry. We went to Hong Kong Macau Ferry Terminal near Sheung Wan MTR Station. We already bought a two way ticket, but the time of the ticket is flexible, just to avoid the hassle after the tour. This means that you can go back anytime within that day, but only up until 9PM since that’s their last trip. The ferry trip is about an hour.

Upon arrival in Macau, we went straight to The Venetian. We rode their complimentary shuttle bus. It was a quick bus ride. The hotel is beautiful and very classy!

Last 3 Days in Hong Kong

My last 3 days in Hong Kong are my favorite part of the trip. We went to Ngong Ping Village and the Giant Buddha, Hong Kong Disneyland and Mongkok.

On our 3rd day, we woke up early, ride the train and headed to Ngong Ping 360 Village. It was a long cable car ride, where we were able to enjoy the beautiful top view of the Hong Kong Island.

Hong Kong

There are actually two options for you to get to Ngong Ping Village; either you take the cable car ride or travel by land via bus. Of course we chose the faster way to get there: two way cable car!!!

First 2 Days in Hong Kong

It was June when we went to the so called “Shoppers’ Paradise”, Hong Kong. It was fun, I traveled with my mom and her friend, Tita Zen. We stayed there for 5 days, but in this post, I’ll share the first 2 days first. It was a very productive trip! We didn’t get any travel agency, because my mom has been to Hong Kong already, and she knew the whereabouts. What I did was just to create an itinerary of what I wanted to do and visit.

Hong Kong

Upon arrival in Hong Kong, I was amazed with their airport. It was beautiful, plus the fact that when you need to go to another gate, they have a train that will bring you to the other gate. Cool thang! But of course, you have to wait for the train still, so it’s time for picture! Yay!

Someone Got Featured!

Gazette is our company magazine. It was the first time that I was featured there, and something about fashion. Here’s the picture of the magazine where you’ll see me. Sorry, I’m so lazy to take another picture of that. Hahaha! This was actually the picture that I posted in Instagram. Great!

This is not just a simple feature, there was also a challenge. You have to look like the one in the picture, your way! Was I close enough? Haha! Whatever!

So they asked me: Define Style, Success and Self-confidence. Big words, right? Hahaha!

Here’s what I told them:

Stunning El Nido and Puerto Princesa with Love!

This post marks my first, and so I wanted to share one of my favorite travels. Yes, I’ve been to different places, in and out country, but this is my favorite so far!

El Nido

It was back in November 2014, last year, when we went to Palawan. We landed at Puerto Princesa Airport via Cebu Pacific. It was a short trip, yet hassle free. We contacted one of the travel agencies in Palawan, because we wanted to squeeze everything in 4 days. We planned to go to Puerto Princesa and El Nido. I was the one who created the itinerary and then gave it to the travel agency. They said yes, so we push through with it.
